How It Works

Course structure, delivery format, and what to expect

Six modules, self-paced delivery, and a set of downloadable reference materials. Here is how the course is organized and what each part contains.

Video Lessons

Each module contains screen-recorded video lessons showing the actual interfaces and tools you will use. Narrated with step-by-step instruction.

Written Reference

Each module includes a written summary of its key points. Use it to review what the video covered or to reference specific steps without replaying the lesson.

Practical Exercises

Every module ends with a task applied to your own profile or website. These exercises are the primary mechanism for turning course content into real work.

Downloadable Materials

Templates, checklists, scripts, and spreadsheets accompany specific modules. These materials are yours to keep and use independently after the course.

Module Sequence

The six modules in order

Each module builds on the previous. The sequence is intentional and reflects the dependency structure of local SEO: you cannot optimize content without a configured profile, and you cannot measure progress without a reporting setup.

Access and Delivery

Self-paced, online, no software required

Pacing

The course is self-paced. There are no live sessions, no scheduled deadlines, and no cohort structure. You move through modules at whatever pace fits your schedule. Some agents complete it over a weekend. Others work through one module per week.

Access

Course content is accessible via web browser. No app download is required. Videos are hosted on a streaming platform and accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Downloadable materials work with standard office software.

Updates

When Google makes changes to the Business Profile interface or features, the relevant course materials are updated. Enrolled students receive notification of material updates and access to revised content at no additional cost.
